I need to make sure manpower resources are available and have required skills, and that they are being used efficiently. Sol – 2 Frequently I get status check from my teams. If they are running into manpower resource issues; we address that by shifting resources from one project to another; or by hiring consultants to augment the workforce. Also if they need guidance on architectural decisions, I provide them help, by stepping in myself, or getting them in touch with experts who can.
